Review: Slippery Willie's Stupid, Ugly Shoes by Larry Peterson

My Thoughts: This is a great book for children, to help them with accepting ways in which they are different from others. And for helping them to accept others’ differences from the masses, too. The story is very cute, and I think many kids will be able to relate in some fashion – what kid hasn’t been nervous about being accepted by others? Heck, what adult hasn’t worried about that from time to time? After the story reaches a positive conclusion, there are activities kids can do, and discussion questions. Both are fabulous, and really make this book a valuable addition to any child’s home library.

Its like you read my mind! You appear to know so much about
this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you
could do with some pics to drive the message home a little bit, but instead of that, this is fantastic blog.

An excellent read. I will definitely be back.

Aw, this was an incredibly good post. Finding the time and actual effort to produce a top notch article… but what can I say… I hesitate a lot and never seem to get anything done.

Hello! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any problems with hackers?
My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing a few months of hard work due

Basically, I am a “blue-collar guy”. It is the world I come from, a world of hard working, hard drinking construction workers, cops, longshoremen, firemen, railroad workers, bus drivers, truckers, sanitation workers, etc. who were, for the most part, family men who loved their God, their families and their country---unconditionally. Consequently, if you would ask me to describe my work as a writer I would call it “blue-collar” meaning that I believe my work is simple fair, easily readable, no-nonsense, minimally superlative, and flows quickly. There is lots of dialogue and my tendency to be omniscient is obvious. I think that is because the characters and I are part of each other and I know what they are thinking
